1. Places are strictly limited, and payment details are required to secure your place.
2. Submitting a registration form does not guarantee a place. Upon receiving your signed registration form (by agreeing to the T&Cs), a Porsche Centre Doncaster staff member will contact you within two business days to confirm your registration.
3. Full payment will be taken at the time of registration.
4. If the participant cannot longer attend the event, he cannot postpone the participation to future scheduled & published events.
5. Cancellation policy.
- 100% refund if more than 30 days before the event.
- 50 % refund from the 30th day to 16th day before the event.
- 0% refund if less than 15th day before the event.
- 0% for No – shows.
6. Participants will be permitted to participate after completing a deed of release and indemnity, which the Event Organiser will send before the event.
7. The participant must be at least 18 years old on the day of the event and must present a valid driving license at the venue. The participant must inform the Event organiser immediately if they have been disqualified from driving or of any limitations regarding their driving license (such as driving licence restrictions, temporary seizure or confiscation of their driving licence or any legal or official driving ban). In such a case, the participation price shall not be reimbursed.
8. The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited (blood alcohol level: 0.0 per cent) during both Track days/events, as is the taking of drugs or other intoxicating substances which may impair the participant’s ability to drive. All participants undertake to ensure, through their behaviour before and during the event, that they comply with these requirements. The event management shall be entitled to exclude any participant strongly suspected of consuming alcohol, taking drugs, or any other intoxicating substance from further participation. In such cases, there shall be no reimbursement of the participation fee.
9. Our Motorsport technical support is only available for road registered Porsches. For all other technical support requests, please contact us.
10. Guests Policy: Please be aware that if you are bringing a guest, there will be a guest fee. This fee may vary depending on the specific Track Day location. Passenger rides are only applicable for passengers 18 years and over.
11. I consent that all Porsche Centre Brighton, Porsche Centre Doncaster, Porsche Centre Melbourne and Penske Automotive Australia PTY LTD can publish or use photographs of myself and my guest, either electronically or in print.
